The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a beautiful area, close enough to other major restaurants at the River Walk, and the riverfront. I loved the elegant-style building and big room with 2 balconies overlooking the riverwalk. The staff were welcoming and fast too.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with stunning views. The staff, from the front desk to the valets, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing, especially the spacious bathroom and luxurious tub. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

The hotel is clean. Employees are super friendly and accommodating, especially our waiter. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. The location is magnificent and ideal. It's in an upscale area, close to the river walk, restaurants, shops, and the gift shop. Easy access to a modern museum.

Great location, just a stone's throw from Hertzberg Circus Museum. Tucked away in a quiet spot, this place was peaceful. the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious treats 🥐.

The staff, especially Kevin at the front desk, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room size was perfect and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool area had plenty of chairs for relaxation. The location was convenient and the balcony, while small, was worth the extra money for a more open and spacious feel. The bar overlooking the river was a nice touch and provided a great escape from the crowded parts of the riverwalk. a wonderful experience!

The property is clean. Newly remodelled rooms. Very comfy bed. The location of the venue is favourable and ideal, a short walk to the riverwalk. Restaurant for breakfast. Would like to stay there on the next trip.
